### Comment 1

For non-merchants, Route mines user data from their emails and then uses that data to aggregate any tracking details onto one platform for easy visualization of where one's package deliveries are.

For merchants, route offers insurance coverage on items that are shipped via common carrier. It is a convenient and low cost insurance add on that helps to cover the sensitive items that the carrier is at risk of breaking or losing. This can be purchased by the merchant on behalf of customers, or by the customers themselves.

### Comment 2

They provide shipping protection for LOST (not maked delivered), STOLEN (marked delivered), and DAMAGED parcels via a customer claim to replace OR refund. Very inexpensive for the customer; starts at $.98 per order (up to $99) and goes up depending on the order value. Excellend service to proivde to increase the customer experience and timely follow up from our Account Manager!
