Resources such as work instructions, troubleshooting solutions and communication tools support their work and speed resolution to issues encountered on the job. Self-serve training and skills development are available on demand through the app. Supervisors and managers have visibility to issues and checklist completions in real time and can assign and monitor tasks to ensure prompt and detailed follow-up.
