Hi!

Thanks for your question. Northpass is a B2B software platform that companies use to train and educate their customers. Customer Success teams that embrace digital customer education get more time to dedicate to strategic and revenue-generating activities instead of 1:1 training. With Northpass, you can provide personalized learning experiences through the form of an academy (think Hubspot Academy). 

Some example forms of customer training with Northpass are onboarding, feature education, product updates, best practices, troubleshooting, and thought leadership. You can create courses, customize to match your branding, view learner, quiz, and course analytics, set up communications, and manage all users from Northpass’ system.
