Listing properties on Loopnet is free of charge (Loopnet Basic). However, only CoStar subscribers have the ability to see Basic Loopnet listings. For Loopnet listings to be seen by anyone other than CoStar subscribers, one must upgrade the listing to Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond status. Diamond marketing packages start at $2,499/month; Platinum at $1,249/month; Gold at $649/month; and Silver at $89 per month. I believe these prices are PER LISTING. Loopnet offers a Premium Lister package with 10 Silver listings. I was unable to find the cost for Premium Lister on the Loopnet website, which can be viewed here: https://www.loopnet.com/solutions/ad-packages/premium-lister.
