LogicManager is an enterprise risk management platform that helps organizations manage the full lifecycle of risk and oversight across the business.

Instead of relying on disconnected point solutions, LogicManager is built around integrated risk programs. This includes ERM, third-party risk (TPRM), business continuity, cybersecurity, privacy, and financial controls like SOX. Everything operates within a single system, so risks, controls, and responsibilities stay connected.

At its core, LogicManager operationalizes a risk-based approach. It standardizes how risks are identified and assessed, links them to real business processes, and assigns clear ownership. Built-in separation of duties helps eliminate the conditions that lead to fraud, waste, and negligence.

A key differentiator is how the platform connects data. Through Risk Ripple, LogicManager maps relationships across risks, controls, vendors, and processes. This surfaces “unknown knowns” and helps organizations manage complexity by showing how issues in one area impact others.

LogicManager also authored the Risk Maturity Model (RMM) in 2006, which has become a widely used standard for benchmarking ERM programs. The RMM brings together leading frameworks like COSO and ISO into a single, measurable model, giving organizations a clear way to assess their current state, prioritize improvements, and track progress over time.
