For us, ease offers an electronic enrollment and maintenance system for group insurance plans. Overall employees are able to navigate the user-friendly interface without assistance but we provide video and document materials for assistance.

Ease is a benefit administration platform that helps groups manage their employees' benefit enrollment online. Employees can elect benefits electronically and forms will be auto-populated, or sent directly to the carrier via EDI feeds.

Ease is a benefit management platform. We use Ease for employees to enroll/waive benefit coverage and pull reports for payroll deductions. I think it does other things but that is all we use it for.
