to simplify imagine convoso like that cool friend who makes sure everything runs smooth when you&#39;re dealing with calls and customer stuff. its main thing is helping companies handle lots of phone calls like a pro so no one’s left hanging. it gives agents tools to chat with customers better and faster all in one place, like a super organized phone book. you can track everything too, like who’s calling and what they need, so nothing slips through the cracks. it’s pretty much there to make sure everyone’s on the same page without any stress
