Hi! This means there are likely invalid or inactive contacts that need to be removed. It may be worth undoing a recent import, if this has caused the issue, or archiving your contacts and requesting they resubscribe through a message/email outside of Mailchimp to ensure they're still active and interested.

When you send out a campaign you need to make sure you have removed your people who have opted out from further emails. You should also dedupe to makes sure you are not sending emails to the same person more than once. Database hygiene is really important for marketing, sales, and any use that data is for. You don't want two reps calling the same person or a bunch of bad emails that might give you a bad online reputation as a spammer. If you need help, I would be happto to do so.
