# What does Boomtrain do?

I saw on your website that you do email personalization. But it looks like you do more.

We believe that every digital communication or digital experience should be individually tailored for the recipient. So, yes, we personalize email on a 1:1 level using machine learning to predict the optimal content or products for the recipient. We also support many other communication channels, like onsite, mobile apps, messenger apps, and push notifications.
