# What does "agentic orchestration" mean in practice?

Lots of tools claim AI agents now. What do Fullcast's agents actually do day to day? Are they just surfacing insights, or taking actions like routing leads and updating Salesforce automatically? Looking for specifics from people who've actually used it, not just the pitch.
