# What does a snap score between you and a friend mean

When you click on a friend in Snapchat it'll say you to have a small score of x amount what does that mean

As told by Joshua, snapchat keep a direct eye on the activities of users. How many snaps you sent to connected friends and how many snaps you received, everything is saved in the database of snapchat. That is the reason why it is a safest application of social media and there is no any space for snapchat cheating. Snapchat score is the sum total of all snaps sent and received, according to Snapchat’s website. Every time you send out a snap, your score is increased by a point. And every time you open a snap, your Snapchat score also increases
