You automatically receive standard error output from the testing suite through your CI. In addition, the testrunner automatically sends screenshots of the broken step and video of every successful run, every failure, and the previous successful run of a broken test to a web portal that gets linked through CI on every test run for rapid triage. As our Delivery Engineers investigate the bug, we will add additional detail by hand through Slack or another integrated communication channel.
