Lucid chart provided better customer experience for creating the system design diagrams and sequence diagrams with text to diagram features. The diagrams integrate smoothly with Confluence wiki and Google docs and we no need to copy and paste, gets automatically with the button click. We can invite people to share comments and also present the diagrams in  meeting.
