I primarily use Lightroom Classic as part of my post-production workflow, mostly involving photography I do for our local magazine (sports, city events, projects, etc). I've been able to create presets for the various cameras and drones I use that allow me to automatically adjust exposure, color saturation, curves, etc. that are based on what I've come to understand about how my cameras and drones capture images. It also allows me to crop, mask, and a whole lot more...plus I have set up export presets for the various places I use my photos (web, print, etc.). I also use it to create pano and HDR shots occasionally. 

I know there's a LOT more that Lightroom Classic can do, but these are the most common uses for me.
