Power Apps can be used for a variety of things. You can create requests, lists, questionnaires, and records that can be further reported on in Power BI. My main use of PA has been keeping track of rented items and creating a shopping cart list that is sent via email to our logistics team. I use Sharepoint as my data source. mostly. I'm sure that's the tip of the iceberg, because I've only been doing power app builds for a short time.
