# What can I do when it freezes?

I'll be doing a new purchase deal and occasionally when I print the recap, it sorry of freezes on the generating layout pop up and I can't do anything except close it out through the task manager.

If it freezes just in the app, control+alt+delete to bring up your open programs. Find the frozen program, force close CDK. If it has frozen your PC, pull the plug for 30 seconds, & then power up the PC. If it is a continuous issue, email CDK & they can remote usually remote log into the Program & usually download w/ implementation of a corrective software patch. I hope this helps
