# What can I do to get Coinbase to pay attention to my pleas for help??

With my email address hacked, their system leaves me no way to validate my contact options.  I am stuck and exasperated!

You’ve probably been hacked and coinbase system locked it up to protect you. I had a similar case. I read online how early reporters got a whitehat hacker named T r e e of A l p h a to help them regain coinbase access and also recover stolen funds. I reached out and I’m glad I did. My coinbase was out $171k last week Monday . ToA collected my police report and first regained coinbase account then tainted the coins back into my wallet. Amazing I know but it’s true . I strongly recommend him . TREEOFALPHA @ PROTON MAIL. COM
