Robust CRM solutions have forms and workflows that can be configured at run-time and seamlessly rolled out to advisors to share best practices across regions, branches, and advisors. This allows advisors to standardize and automate processes such as Know Your Customer (KYC), customer onboarding, and account maintenance – all while driving efficiency and ensuring compliance.

Workflow capabilities are designed to guide advisors through the data capture process. In particular, guided form fill features provide fields and forms based previously-entered data. Advisors only need to enter data once and the forms are routed to the assigned approvers. Other key features include case management and call scripts. By doing workflow in CRM, all customer data is captured in one location.
