# What are the processing power and/or memory requirements to run Windows 10 efficiently?

Ever since I upgraded to Windows 10, my laptop has become almost unusably slow. How do I know if I have the memory and/or processing power to run this efficiently?
And any other suggestions on speeding things back up?
