# What are the most valuable advantages of a premium user v. a regular free account?

Would you recommend to switch to premium for scale reasons? What would be the main drivers to do so?

The top 2 reasons that we select the paid version was to allow different event types (different lengths, subjects, availability, questions, etc.) and to integrate with our meeting software (GoToMeeting) to automatically create meeting invites with web meeting information included. Other features that are nice are the additional calendars per user, ability to do team scheduling, and customized calendar invites. All the being said, I used it on "free" at a prior organization and it did everything we needed there, since we had a simpler meeting setup.

I  would recommend switching to the paid version. You can create a different calendar  invite types, it allows you to set more detailed scheduling windows, and overall requires less management of types of meetings!
