# What are the most popular tools for automating RFP responses

Hey G2, I'm comparing RFP tools that can cut down the time spent finding old answers, filling out questionnaires, and pulling together a usable first draft.
A few names keep coming up, but they seem to solve slightly different parts of the process:
* Responsive: Centralized response library, project workflows, and collaboration with subject-matter experts.
* Loopio: Reusable approved answers, content organization, and automated response suggestions.
* AutoRFP.ai: AI-assisted drafting for lengthy RFPs and repetitive questionnaires.
* Inventive AI: Source-backed drafting from company knowledge, with checks for outdated or conflicting content.
* Arphie: Drafts based on connected knowledge sources, with visibility into the supporting material.
What I'm trying to figure out is whether faster first drafts actually mean less work overall. There's still the effort of checking accuracy, tailoring the response, and getting the right people to approve it.
For anyone who has used more than one of these, which gave you the most usable first draft? Did it genuinely reduce SME review time, or just move the work to a different stage?
