Whether you choose a free or paid subscription, the features range from creative email marketing, website and landing page design, mailers, and automation.  I would consider Mailchimp a fully equipped marketing CRM.  Not sure what features you are likely to use? Start with the free subscription, and if you repeatedly try to use a paid feature upgrade, use it!
