# What are the biggest stumbling blocks for AI implemention you&#39;ve seen in the HR space?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">For all those HR buyers out there, do you find any blocks in AI when it comes to adoption or implementation? Is it a learning problem? Is the problem more about the workflow and mixing with legacy systems? Or do you have trouble getting clean data? No matter what you're seeing I'd love to know what you're seeing and what's helped in moving past it. Thank you!</p>
