# What are the best programs for illustrating?

As a graphic designer, what are the best programs you have used for illustrating?

depends on the usage but illustrator is great if you need vector art. it also does gradients. photoshop also good but it takes TIME to learn both.
if its for a tshirt or logo. always use illustrator.

Illustrator has better features than other adobe products , let you control more about exporting to several other media , plus numbering and fonts can be added as custom, which hard to find in another program , other programs would be Corel draw.
