Inside Illustrator, and in the Creative Cloud desktop app, and in the Adobe / Creative Cloud website there are tutorial to star practicing with the software.

To learn more about how to use either Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, I watched videos created by Dave Cross. He has an easy way of explaining how either program works and tips for best use. These videos are available by searching on YouTube.
