It depends on how you use PayPal.  There are different rate for PayPal Payments Standard, Request Money, PayPal.me, EBAY Payments, Express Checkout, Invoice, PayPal Here, etc.  Their fees are the lowest of payment processors.  And they offer a non-profit amount.  The fee varies on credit card type and whether the card is swiped or entered manually.  And there is a small fee per keyed transaction.  Contact PayPal to get the rate for how you will use their service.  PayPal Here for non-profit use starts at ~2.7% per flat swipe or 3.5% + .15 per keyed transaction.
