# What AI proposal automation solutions are available for agencies looking to reduce repetitive work?

Hey G2, what are agencies using to automate proposals when they're juggling multiple client accounts, recurring RFPs, and deadlines that always seem to overlap?
I'm less interested in generic AI writing and more in avoiding the same repetitive work: searching past bids, rewriting service descriptions, pulling approved case studies, formatting client-specific answers, and chasing reviewers.
I've been looking at a few different approaches. Responsive and Loopio seem suited to teams with established answer libraries and structured review workflows. Inventive AI and Arphie put more emphasis on drafting from connected knowledge sources, which could help when client materials live across multiple folders and tools. AutoRFP.ai also looks relevant for teams spending a lot of time on lengthy questionnaires.
The part I'd want to test is multi-client separation. Can the tool keep each client's documents, approvals, brand voice, and sensitive information isolated without making setup a project of its own?
Agency folks, what's actually reduced repetitive work for you: draft generation, content reuse, or review automation? And which tools handle different client voices without making every proposal sound the same?
