# what advantages does zoom offer for companies

zoom is the best tool that can exist for companies, since it has multiple functions that help the user or entrepreneur feel more comfortable when using it because this platform has the greatest ease of use.

All of the other answers are true but the big difference is that Zoom is a very easy and cheap way to improve your staff members' confidence in video conferencing. Many people take a while to accept their video image and learn to adjust lighting and other factors so they are comfortable with that image. Zoom's one-to-one feature is a great way to mentor people through this, and once they gain confidence they will better project your company in video conferences with others.
They will also learn how to moderate multi-site sessions, how to bring remote sites into discussions effectively, and how to manage large groups. Video conferencing is often seen as expensive, difficult and embarrassing; with a little help getting started from a mentor, Zoom  blows that myth wide open.

Zoom has the advantage of clearer voice quality compared to similar products  such as Skype or Webex especially with poor Internet connectivity. Also the sharing tools are easy to use and will not compromise on the voice quality. It has an interesting capability also that if the link is bad and the call drops off, it reconnects automatically

It is a very easy and quick alternative to scheduling meetings. We have an office in Edmonton and one in Hamilton and I use Zoom all the time to schedule our meetings. You can also tape the meeting.

The user interface seems much easier to use for meetings (audio and video meetings) and sharing.
