Hi Dylan, 
I'm the research specialist for this category. I'd not heard much about Skuid, but from what I can infer it definitely hits the three main points of our definition:
— Drag-and-drop elements to assemble applications
— Provide no tools for customizing code within the platform
— Integrate with databases, web services, or APIs to connect data
I'll be sure to add it to the category ASAP.
