Bilendo allows you to store versatile and hierarchical dunning stops. You can decide whether the dunning stops are set manually or automatically, for example, through workflows or rules.

It is possible to set dunning stops at the debtor or document level and to limit them in time. Dunning stops can also be set for entire customer groups.

If your source system needs the information again (e.g., for setting delivery blocks), we offer standard interfaces for data exchange.
