# IS A WEB-BASED APP WITH RESPONSIVE DESIGN REALLY SUCH A BIG DEAL?

I love the responsive design, as homeowner are now able to view their own accounts and send me messages directly with comments or concerns.  It has cut way back on the calls "can you please send me my account ledger"?

A web-based app provides freedom to sync together mobile phones, tablets, and laptop computers of multiple users. We think it is a pretty big deal as it allows multiple users to manage and maintain data easily, and from any location or device.
