The most amazing thing about Google Drive is the ability for multiple people to access the same documents, sheets, etc. in REAL TIME...you can watch each other make changes.  This is a game-changer, because this eliminates the need for down-time due to the passing of emails, etc.  It is, in my opion, the best way for two (or more) parties to work together remotely.

Google Drive is easy to use.   You access files through Windows Explorer.  The best part is that you can access those files anywhere you have an internet connection.  Good or bad, it makes working away from the office a relative breeze.
