In the Pharmaceutical Industry, there are many strict regulations on the promotional materials that is used for the promotion of medicines. These materials need approval from health authority and regular updates done also need to be cascaded to field workers. This lifecycle is carefully maintained via Vault PromoMats. It is a crucial tool because patient safety is involved and no compromise is acceptable. Note: drugs and medicinal products are not allowed to be marketed to general public. So I am referring to the promotional and advertisement materials used by Medical Reps for Doctors.
