# Using Okendo for reviews and loyalty: what’s missing without built-in coupon creation?

Okendo has been intuitive and easy to use for managing both reviews and a loyalty program, with a straightforward setup and a well-organized interface that makes ongoing management efficient. One thing that would help is the ability to create coupons or discount codes directly in the platform.
