# Using ManageEngine ADManager Plus for HR-driven vacation blocks and least-privilege resets?

We’re using ManageEngine ADManager Plus to integrate with an HR system so accounts can be blocked and unblocked when users are on vacation. It also lets us give the service team least-privilege access for password resets only, instead of direct Active Directory access, and we like having web interface controls and tracking. One challenge is the minimal license only covering 5 users, so we’re considering upgrading to support more IT analysts. How are others handling HR-driven account changes and least-privilege AD tasks, and did licensing limits affect your rollout?
