# User-facing Web Chat solutions

What is your favorite web chat solution for reaching out for sales and support with your users?  I've seen LivePerson and LiveChat, I believe...but there might be a best-in-class that I'm not aware of.

My experience has also shown that LivePerson was the best live chat experience I can recall. There may be other new entrants to check out as well...
