Customer input and validation is a critical part of how we develop FoundationIP. Whether it’s understanding how to save a click, or a large feature – we rely on our customers for feedback to ensure we get it right. After all, if we aren’t saving you time, what’s the point? 

There are two key groups:
	- FoundationIP Software Innovation Board (SIB)
		- The FoundationIP SIB is an advisory council made up of 15-20 FoundationIP users who commit to participating to three in-person meetings each year with our development team. 
	- FoundationIP Independent User Group (IUG)
		- The FoundationIP IUG is available to all users and is organized, solely, by FoundationIP customers without any involvement or oversight by CPA Global. Users organize meetings and communicate via discussion boards to share best practices.
