# TriNet PEO onboarding was fast, but did you get too much PEO relationship explanation?

I recently joined a new company using TriNet PEO and the setup felt easy and was completed quickly, faster than other PEOs I’ve worked with. The only downside was there was a lot of explanation about the PEO relationship, more than most employees probably need. On the plus side, adding new hires in new locations seems easy as the company grows. How was your setup experience, and did the PEO relationship details feel like overkill or helpful?
