Yes. The travel pre-approval workflow and policy compliance check takes place within MobileXpense. The traveler’s preferences (meals, loyalty cards, etc.) are maintained directly in the OBT. MobileXpense and the OBT communicate to ensure that the traveler books only travel within budget whilst also ensuring that personal preferences are considered.
