# Will this look like spam on my employee&#39;s social media pages?

When curated correctly, social media posts on employees social media networks are very native and often with commentary directly from the employee. With over 50 different actions for employees, it&#39;s easy to serve a variety of content in which employees give their views or perspectives. Plus, employees have the ultimate control over what they choose to share and not to share to their networks. If they ever feel the content doesn&#39;t fit their voice, they can simply reject the content and provide feedback to the Gaggle Manager as to why they opted to not share that post.
