It&#39;s very quick and intuitive and the site has very good introduction videos. The hard part is getting your team to commit to the discipline of a system and a process. Make sure everything goes through TeamSupport and you get your colleagues to log everything and give them time to write up the solution afterwards. This investment helps people in the future who may be new or have fewer skills.

In a new helpdesk installation, about 2-3 weeks to set up a proof of concept, followed by a 3-4 week trial period with a few customers, then live after that.
