# What options do I have for ticket delivery?

By default, tickets are delivered electronically via email as soon as the order is processed. Ticket buyers will receive a branded print at home PDF that you may customize with sponsor advertising or your own graphics. The PDF ticket may be disabled if you prefer they only receive an emailed receipt of purchase. 

In addition, we integrate with thermal ticket printers or receipt/label printers to print tickets on-site. The most popular printer is the Boca Lemur for the traditional 5.5" x  2" ticket with a 1" stub. Pre-print tickets to be given at will call or print tickets on-demand as you sell them from the box office at the event.
