# Thunderbit’s 2-click AI scraping is fast, but how do you manage credits and support?

Thunderbit makes it quick to go from “I need this data” to a spreadsheet, especially with AI Suggest Fields and no-code setup. It’s been handy for pulling contact lists, product tables, and LinkedIn prospecting, and the exports to Excel/Sheets (plus Airtable/Notion, CSV/JSON) save time. My main friction is the credit model, since credits can get used even when results are wrong or stuck, and support can feel too AI/chat-heavy when something is urgent. How are others handling credit usage and getting timely help when a scrape fails?
