I can say that one benefit a contact center would see with thinQ is the toll-free LCR. The best rate will be used per caller inbound to your toll-free numbers and that turns into savings over a flat rate on toll-free minutes. There is also redundancy in having your numbers listed on the major carriers in the US so you have multiple paths to reach your numbers.
