# They banned me without reason

Their system banned me without reason. They require to identify verification a week ago and I upload all need data.
But they didn't check them and during 5 days not response about them.
Finally they closed my account.
Bad service, Bad system

It might be a mistake. I have been working for over 7 years now and the system is topnotch. Do write to the support and Im sure you will get help.
