# Thanks for A2A, on behalf of my profile how can I implement it in best way in house teams?

I worked as a BIM engineer and Trainer for Techture ,here I am responsible for assigning works , project there progress and final project submittal by the interns and junior employee .So please help me out to use it in best way I can.
