You&#39;ve probably heard of concepts like bug branches, topic branches, and so on, right? Ok, even if you haven&#39;t, here&#39;s the answer: it&#39;s a branch you use to implement a given task. It&#39;s short-lived and its purpose is to be used only to implement a given feature or bugfix.
