No. The StackAdapt platform is known for usability. In addition to its intuitive user experience, they have a sophisticated onboarding process where your Customer Success Manager and account executive will co-pilot each user’s initial campaigns. 
They also have a thorough support page where FAQs are answered by our product managers.
