# How protected is our investment against turnover within our HR or Compensation departments?

This happens, and with many systems if it happens close to your annual cycle, it is disastrous. However, we have had this happen with clients, more than once, and the investments Dartican made in simplification of the administration make for an easy and fast transition. The rapid implementation is also rapid adoption by administrators.  Best example is a client with a new college hire who was handed the administration role for our CompAccelerator.  He had the system configured and running in around 3 weeks and was the solo administrator throughout the process.  Year two he only needed a few days to be up and running.
