Yes; a key advantage we offer is a complimentary ongoing partnership with our Client Services team and access to their expertise in creating personalized, ROI-driven marketing strategies for cross-channel retailers. Each of our clients is automatically assigned a dedicated account manager to be their main point of contact via email, office phone, and cell phone. Our account managers monitor client campaigns and their inbox placement and communicate on a regular basis to offer performance-maximizing suggestions, guidance, and support. In-person account reviews are conducted at least annually.
